Hair sheds daily they say you loose approximately 100 strands per day. If you keep your hair braided it doesn’t prevent your hair from shedding the hairs just won’t fall or come out until you take out the braids. It think most people get braids to give their hair a break, and it promotes growth because you are not manipulating as often so you are getting a rest. But make sure you condition (braid spray) and don’t get your hair braided too tight.

keep your ends trimmed and your hair conditioned….your hair falls out naturally and new ones replace it. If your hair is really breaking off i would suggest a hair treatment (aphogee has really good products) that is if you cant go to a hair dresser. Keep heat away as much as possible.

Everyone gets falling hair daily…. it’s natural. But if you think that yours is too much, there are good anti-hairfall shampoos out in the market already. And as for the braiding, if you braid your hair too tight, it may cause damage to your hair… it may weaken your hair and that may cause hair breakage. I’m not so sure but braiding may be a small reason for your falling hair. Good luck and hope this helps! (^_^)
