60 Minutes Muscle Building Routine




Rome was not built in day, I think you can realise why I cited this example for you. Muscle building process is also a similar, one that cannot be completed overnight. It takes time for your muscle fibers to stretch. However, I can get you the tips with which you can build your muscles much faster.

Rest is an important factor in order to have a proper muscular growth. Most of the muscles do grow after the workout session, during the time when we take rest, so one should have sufficient rest, in order to have a fast muscle growth. Simple things like getting enough sleep can be beneficial in your muscle building endeavour. Your dedication and attitude are the two important factors in the growth of muscles faster. Do have an intense training session everyday of 45-60 minutes a day. Do not over train as it would lead to injuries. You should push yourself with the right kind of attitude. Be positive in your workout schedule. A suggestion is to hook up on a mp3 listening to motivating music that has the beats to motivate. Before training session commences make one thing sure, your body is having enough nutrition to undergo with sufficient exercises, in the workout session. Just eat big to get big. Include sufficient nutrition in order to develop more muscles, and to get big. Have at least 6-7 meals a day, and put on fewer amounts at a time, but try to have sufficient nutritious food value. By doing this you will feel the benefits overtime and can build up your muscles in a much short time. If you are starving for lean muscles, start performing cardio exercises, before or after your normal workout session. And recently, one of the training modalities that I have been adding to my workout is resistance training. Resistance training in my definition is to take your weights slowly. Meaning if you are doing many reps for say bicep curls. What you can do is to slow that lifting motion and to hold it there for 5 seconds. By doing that you will experience that your muscles may actually be shaking as it is really burning. This will greatly reduce your training time and it is effective because it assist in building up your muscles during the recovery phase.
