A workout such as a bench press or pull up may seem simple, but there is much to master in the technique. If you do a bench press, for example, the slightest flaw in the technique can lead to deformity if you get used to doing it that way and for a long time. At first, focus on the technique, then move to heavier and heavier weights.


Poor Nutrition Can Screw Your Efforts
If you lack the wrong foods, your muscles can not grow at all, even if you do many workouts. Without the right food, there will be lack of chemicals in order to grow your muscles. Just as a flower requires sun, it also needs water. Without water, an infinite amount of sun power will be useless.

Overtraining Can Actually Cause you Harm

Beginners to body building tend to think that the more they workout, the stronger they will become and the faster they will get those muscles that they desire. This is just not true. Your body needs rest. Overtraining can lead to damage to the muscles. When you begin to feel dizzy or weak, put down the weights and go for a walk.
