three. Make sure you are hydrates always
Your body consists seventy pc of water and that’s the more reason why you need to ensure that you never get dehydrated.
4. Make sure that you rest
This is one factor that many bodybuilders neglect thinking that it’s not very important. Resting is of equal importance as training intensely because if you do not get proper rest you won’t be in a position to achieve muscle expansion.
